MAIN IDEA OF THE TRAINING:
“NFE – Next? Full Employment!" – Non formal education as a key for youth employment is a 5 days Training Course with the aim to qualify active youth leaders with SKA’s (skills, knowledge and attitudes) using non-formal education to promote youth employment in local level. The training course will gather 30 young people from 24 countries, including Programme Countries, South East Europe, Eastern Europe and Caucasus and Mediterranean Partner Countries.
The training course sets as principal objectives to analyze the situation which young people in Europe are facing at working level, to encourage their sense of initiative and to propose alternative solutions based on non-formal education as a method to empower youth. Planned activities will give participants the space to take an active role, express themselves and share good practices concerning youth policies and strategies about youth employment on the different country realities. They will have the opportunity to share their experience, to debate and discuss, discover the needs of their communities, work on simulations, lead and be leaded by each other, to learn from each other and experience situations through the use of non-formal methods which will be implemented according to the needs of the participants.
