The training course will gather 30 young people from 24 countries, including Programme Countries, South East Europe, Eastern Europe and Caucasus and Mediterranean Partner Countries.
The training course sets as principal objectives to analyze the situation which young people in Europe are facing at working level, to encourage their sense of initiative and to propose alternative solutions based on non-formal education as a method to empower youth. During these days, trainees will experience and learn how non-formal education can increase employability skills of youth and make them more prepared to face the competitive labor market.
Planned activities will give participants the space to take an active role, express themselves and share good practices concerning youth policies and strategies about youth employment on the different country realities.
