Date : 5-12 December 2015 Place : Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona, Spain) Number of Participants from DNB: 1 The TCs specific project objectives are: -To ensure that promoting organizations (and EVS project managers) have a clear
understanding of what the Peace Bag for the EuroMed youth network means and stands for. - To build together a training cycle for ‘Peace Bag’ volunteers.
-To learn how EVS activities will have a clear learning dimension and think together about the
EVS activities. - To build together a support system, focused in empowering young people to develop Peace
Bag network activities at local level, using their culture and experience and recognizing its
impact. -To discover how EVS projects (and other EU action lines) can work towards the achievement
of the networks objectives. The TC foreseen results are: Answer some of the needs of the network, promoting organizations and young people from all
countries, who might be willing to take an EVS abroad.
It will reinforce the competences of member organizations to be hosting and sending
organizations for EVS and in partnership with other organizations from the EuroMed region. It
will serve to create new EVS projects focused on the promotion of Peace initiatives at local
level. TC will give value to the competences volunteers are developing and to the work done by each
member organization and by the network itself. We foresee that promoting organizations, after the TC, will be ready to be hosting,
coordinating and sending organizations and will be ready to support young people in taking
active part in meaningful learning experiences. Who? We expect to bring together 24 youth workers (project coordinators, volunteer managers,
supervisors, mentors, educators and trainers) actively involved in the promoting organization.

contribute with their experience. How? The final program will depend on the contributions of each promoting organisation and on the
background and expertise of each participant, which will be collected during the preparatory
phase. We plan to implement a flexible program filled with useful and innovative tools,
methods and inspiring practices, ready to achieve the TCs objectives and answer the needs and
expectations of participants. We will use various non-formal and intercultural learning
